QUNO’s peace and disarmament work in Geneva focuses on encouraging a more holistic and integrated approach to preventing destructive conflict and building peace at the international and local level.
QUNO works at the multilateral level to promote effective, fair and ambitious climate action and environmental protection. We address climate change and related environmental crises as a symptom of a greater challenge: how to live sustainably and justly on earth.
We work to strengthen the promotion and protection of human rights through the United Nations system, with particular reference to migration and displacement, criminal justice and conscientious objection to military service.
QUNO strives to foster economic systems that improve livelihoods, strengthen resilience, and ensure just transitions to sustainability for the most vulnerable stakeholders.
