  A comprehensive and technical analysis of GATS Mode 4 issues.

• A Quick Guide to the GATS and Mode 4, Julia Nielson and Daria Taglioni (pdf 28 pages). Presented at IOM Seminar on Trade and Migration, Geneva, Palais des Nations Nov. 2003.
  One of the most clear and succinct explanations available to laypersons outlining GATS and its policy implications.

  Presents the potential economic effects of labour migration under Mode 4.
